L’evento si svolge presso il Chicago Hyatt Regency situato al 151 East Upper Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, 60601. L’ingresso ai seminari scientifici e didattici è gratuita. I biglietti per il Gala costano $ 175,00 a persona. Il FAST Gala 2015 è un evento formale, aperto solo ai maggiori di 21 anni. FAST ha assicurato una tariffa scontata di $ 115,00 a notte all’Hyatt Regency; le prenotazioni alberghiere devono essere prenotate entro il 12 novembre 2015 per ricevere la tariffa scontata.
